What this covers

This notice covers the project form, client portal and emails of JeeVrites Studio on jeevankatta.com. The JeeVrites Shop has its own privacy policy.

What I collect

• What you send in the project form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, country, project details, budget and links.
• Project records in your client portal: proposals, signed contracts, invoices, checklists, files and messages.
• Payment confirmations from Razorpay or PayPal. I never see or store your card or bank details.
• Basic technical logs kept by the hosting provider (such as IP address and browser) for security.

Why I use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver and support your project, send invoices, and keep the business records the law requires. I do not sell your data, add you to marketing lists, or use advertising or tracking scripts on this site.

Where it is stored

Form and portal data are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site and its database. Emails go through my email provider. Payments are handled by Razorpay (India) or PayPal (outside India). These providers may process data outside India.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted on request, or after they are no longer needed. Project, contract and invoice records are kept as long as needed to support your project and meet tax and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. Records the law requires me to keep, such as invoices, are kept for the required period.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes too.
