BusPass: renew your college bus pass in minutes

Problem
1,200 students queued for two days every semester to renew bus passes.
Built
Pick a route, pay by UPI, get a QR pass on your phone. Admin dashboard for the transport office.

SplitKart: shared bills for hostel rooms

Problem
Roommates lost track of who paid for groceries, Wi-Fi and the mess bill.

Kalakriti: the college fest site, rebuilt for everyone

The old site took 9 seconds on mobile data and did not work with a screen reader.
